TERMS AND CONDITIONS – FIFA WORLD CUP JERSEY GIVEAWAY

1. Promotion Overview

Nimto Restaurant & Bar is offering participants a chance to win one official World Cup football jersey.

2. Eligibility

The giveaway is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, affiliates, owners, and immediate family members of Nimto Restaurant & Bar are not eligible to participate.

3. Entry Requirements

To enter the giveaway, participants must:

Complete and submit the giveaway entry form, including name and email address.

All entry requirements must be completed before the giveaway closing time to qualify.

4. Giveaway Period

The giveaway begins on the date the promotional post is published and ends at the start of the live drawing. Entries received after the closing time will not be considered.

5. Winner Selection

One winner will be selected at random during an Instagram Live hosted by Nimto Restaurant & Bar. The decision of the organizer is final and binding.

6. Prize

The prize consists of one official World Cup football jersey. The winner may select a jersey representing their preferred national team, subject to availability. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash, credit, or any other alternative.

7. Winner Notification and Prize Collection

The winner will be announced during the Instagram Live by the owner or authorized representative of Nimto Restaurant & Bar and will subsequently be contacted via email.

The selected winner must respond to the email and claim the prize within twenty-four (24) hours of the email being sent. If the winner fails to respond or claim the prize within the 24-hour period, the winner will automatically forfeit the prize, and Nimto Restaurant & Bar reserves the right to select and notify an alternate winner without further notice.

The winner must present a valid government-issued photo ID before receiving the prize. The name on the government-issued photo ID must exactly match the name provided on the giveaway entry form and verification information. If the names do not match, Nimto Restaurant & Bar reserves the right to disqualify the winner and select an alternate winner.

8. No Purchase Necessary

No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win this giveaway. Making a purchase will not increase the chances of winning.

9. Publicity

By participating, entrants grant Nimto Restaurant & Bar permission to use their name, likeness, photograph, and social media handle for promotional and marketing purposes related to the giveaway without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

Nimto Restaurant & Bar is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, misdirected, or fraudulent entries; technical failures; internet disruptions; Instagram platform issues; or any other circumstances that may affect participation in the giveaway.

11. Release of Claims and Liability Waiver

By participating in this giveaway, each entrant agrees to release, discharge, and hold harmless Nimto Restaurant & Bar, its owners, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, successors, and assigns from any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, injuries, costs, or expenses arising out of or relating to participation in the giveaway, the acceptance, possession, use, misuse, or redemption of any prize, or any technical or administrative errors associated with the promotion.

Entrants further agree that all decisions made by Nimto Restaurant & Bar regarding eligibility, winner selection, prize distribution, verification, and interpretation of these terms are final and binding. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, participants waive any right to bring legal claims or actions against Nimto Restaurant & Bar relating to this giveaway.

12. General Conditions

Nimto Restaurant & Bar reserves the right to modify, suspend, cancel, postpone, or terminate the giveaway at any time if circumstances beyond its reasonable control affect the administration, integrity, security, or fairness of the promotion.

Any attempt to manipulate, interfere with, or undermine the legitimate operation of the giveaway may result in disqualification at the sole discretion of Nimto Restaurant & Bar.
