Nimto Restaurant & Bar is a one-of-a-kind dining experience in the heart of the DFW metroplex, bringing the rich culinary traditions of Nepal and India to Hurst, Texas. The restaurant was founded with a mission to share authentic Nepali flavors — dishes deeply rooted in Himalayan culture and Newari tradition — that are rarely found outside Nepal itself.

The menu is a celebration of both Nepal and North India. On the Nepali side, guests can explore iconic dishes like Momo (Nepali-style dumplings available steamed, fried, kothey, jhol, and chili styles), Sekuwa (grilled marinated meats), Choila (spiced grilled meat tossed in mustard oil and tomato paste), Thali sets (traditional Nepali meal with rice, lentils, vegetables, and pickles), Biryani, Chowmein, and authentic Newari street food like Chatpate, Bara, and Chatamari. On the North Indian side, the clay oven turns out standout Chicken Tikka Masala, Butter Chicken, Lamb Chop, Seekh Kebab, and fresh Naan daily.

Top dishes loved by guests include Momos (especially Buff and Chicken in Jhol style), Vegetarian Momo, Chicken Tikka Masala, Biryani, Chowmein, and Thali sets — making Nimto a great choice for both meat lovers and vegetarians alike.
